Our manufacture of autoclaves, laboratory equipment and hospital furniture is covered by these certifications and registrations. Copies of current certificates are shared with quotations and tender submissions.

WHO-GMP

Built and tested for pressure
An autoclave is a pressure vessel. We build and test every one accordingly.
- Chambers
- SS 304 or 316L stainless steel, argon-arc welded; mirror-polished ANSI 316L on Class B sterilizers.
- Hydraulic testing
- Class B chambers to 2.5× and jackets to 1.5× working pressure; vertical and horizontal autoclaves to 40 psi; ETO sterilizers pressure and vacuum tested at 1.5×.
- Leak-proof lids and doors
- Radial locking systems with neoprene or inflatable silicone gaskets.

Cycle records for NABH and audits
Accreditation needs proof that every load was sterilized. Our automatic models record it for you.
Dental Class B autoclave
The ATTA-108B's built-in thermal printer logs the date, start time, temperature, sequence and total time of each cycle. Your clinic name can be printed on every receipt.
Class B hospital sterilizers
The printer records every phase, batch, operator code and F0 value, with a pressure and temperature trace and a pass or fail result.
Built-in test cycles
Bowie & Dick steam penetration and vacuum leak tests are part of the cycle library on Class B models.
ETO sterilizers
PLC software stores six to twelve months of cycle records that can be copied to a computer, without printing after every cycle.
